Description
The ultraviolet radiation polymerizes rapidly the UVA stucco that must go for polishing in 1 minute after the radiation effect. It is a very fast process with an excellent result because it fills big hole of the products, it becomes very hard, it remains transparent or it is colorized with the same color of the material. The lamps are connected in groups and the radiation power can be adjusted in 2 or 3 levels regarding the line operation speed. The UVA ovens are installed on the top of a standard roller.
