Description
The infrared oven radiation is produced by special lamps with adjustable heating power by inverter. The infrared oven doesn’t need any preheating process because the heating radiation effect is immediate to power on and off. The power consumption is reduced only to the heating power that the material really needs. It is the fastest and more economic heating process, especially for dark materials and has the ability to penetrate in the material and to evaporate the humidity hidden inside. The oven is temperature sealed with thermal proof panels and is installed on steel structure conveyor chain.
For slabs drying usually the length is between 4 to 6 meters with installed power 54 to 72Kw and for curing 2 to 6 meters from 9 to 36 Κw.
For tiles drying usually the length is between 6 to 10 meters with installed power 54 to 72Kw and for curing 3 to 6 meters from 9 to 36 Κw.
