Description
The structure of machine is made up of two high quality steel columns and a cross beam, to ensure maximum stability during sawing. Sawing is done by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block.
The hydraulic tensioning of blade is continuously maintained by electronic instruments fitted in control panel. The machine is supplied with fixed table trolley / rotating table trolley. The trolley runs on two flat and two prismatic wheels to ensure their precise displacement. The movement of trolley is governed by control panel. The machine is fully automatic and all safety factors are incorporated in the control panel. Once in operation, the machine does not require continuous presence of operator.
